the location was great near shops. i appreciated the helpful staff during breakfast. the comfortable beds ensured a restful stay.

The bathroom was quite dated, and modernization is needed. I found the hairdryer cord too short to use easily. the hot food items seemed to be cheap cuts of meat. the plates were really small for building a meal.

disruptive noise levelscold tile floors

I found the noise levels to be quite disruptive. the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. also, the lack of slippers or robes in standard rooms was a letdown, especially with the cold tile floors. I even offered to pay extra, but it wasn't an option.

i found the staff super helpful with luggage storage upon my early arrival. breakfast was indeed lovely with many choices and fresh ingredients. the room was big and clean. i really liked the view from the upper floors.

the bathroom felt dated. i noticed the tv had limited channels. the wi-fi was quite slow, even for basic video calls it was almost impossible to use.
